Leadership is about influence. We work with fast-track, high-potential managers and seasoned senior executives to expand their ability to influence others through improved self-awareness, better communications, and deeper emotional intelligence. Everything we do gets done through communication, yet the impact of our communication is often different from what we intended. Through coaching, executives learn to build collaborative relationships by improving two-way communication and conflict management. As a result, clients more accurately assess dynamic situations, make better judgments and decisions, and create confidence in their leadership.

We encourage leaders to take a wide horizon outlook, thinking ahead to what the world will need from the organization and its leaders three to five years out and longer. This mindful, expanded outlook is essential in today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) world. Mindful leaders are better able to pause, seek input from trusted advisors, and then take intentional actions that best serve their organization’s unique culture, mission and values, and its stakeholders.
